ACCCIM Meeting Room Upgrade Audio Visual System

The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) located in Ampang recently had their Meeting Room refurbished and upgrade their Audio Visual System. One of the criteria is to change the current projector with new Full HD WUXGA projector and to install Bocsh Conference System. The need to include video conference system and remote conference capability is also important in view of pandemic outbreak that require remote meeting.

Working with GVS Technology a video conferencing solution provider to supply and install 2 nos of Panasonic PT-VZ470 WUXGA Full HD Projector, 2 nos of large TVs on pole and Bosch audio conference delegate and chairman unit and associated HDMI Extender. The Panasonic WUXGA Full HD Projector provide a clearer and sharper images on the screen.

Audio Visual System

We also install audio and microphone cabling to be able to merge 2 meeting room into one large meeting room and combine the audio and speakers system. With supplied new AV equipment rack we transfer existing wireless microphone and Mixer into the rack and redo the interconnect cabling with proper interacking work.

The additional Bosch CCS 900 Ultro Discussion System brings order and convenience to small and middle‑sized gatherings and conferences.

Video Conference system was installed by GVS using ClearOne Converge PRO with UNITE PTZ camera displaying remote, local and presentation slides on Multiple TVs and projector screens. Merging audio of two adjoining meeting rooms into one large conference room where all conference microphones, speakers and wireless microphones are integrated using the ClearOne Converge Pro digital signal processor.

Bosch Conference System audio out link to ClearOne Converge Pro to combine or separate based on the meeting room set-up.

Overall the client was satisfy with the installation and they can fully utilize the meeting room in time for their annual meeting this year.
