Our Response to Covid 19 (Updated September 10th 2021)
MCO 3.0 has been implemented by the Malaysian government to start from June 1st 2021 to June 14th 2021 to curb the rise of Covid 19 cases in Malaysia. Our company will be temporarily closed on June 1st 201 to June 14th 2021 inline with the government SOP but all our staff and colleague will be working from home (WFH). You can reach us via whatsapp and email. Please note that our response to enquiry and email will take longer time than usual. Any urgent delivery to our office will be by appointment only. On behalf of everyone at Artistic Controls, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.
Following the global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the recent spike in COVID-19 cases in Malaysia, the Malaysian Prime Minister announced a Restriction of Movement Control Order (the MCO Order) on 16 March 2020 as a measure to curb the outbreak. This Order will last for two weeks, starting from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 and is effective nationwide.
We have decided to temporarily close our office and our warehouse starting on Wednesday, March 18 2020. This is in line with precautionary measures by the Malaysian government to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus and safeguard the health of our communities.
Some of us will work from home and our response to enquiry and email will be restricted because of that. However, if you’re facing any technical issue or need technical support, do email us or whatapps us.

We Have Resume Our Business (Updated May 13th 2020)
We would like to inform that we have open our business starting May 13th 2020 and during this time under Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO or Conditional MCO) we follows strict new SOPs (standard operating procedures) guideline set by MITI to all of us and visitors that will drop by our office.
1. Maintain 1 m apart interaction from each other.
2. Wear face mask at all time.
3. Regularly wash hand with soap and water and also use hand sanitizer.
4. Regularly record our body temperature .
Apart from that we will clean and sanitize the office twice a days. Each visitor that come to our office will be taken the particular and record in the guest list record.
