Eaton Lighting Systems will be Copper Lighting by March 2

Last year October 2019, Eaton Corporation PLC announced that it will sell its global Lighting business to Signify N.V. for US$1.4 billion. Part of the wider transaction is the transfer of Eaton’s UK Lighting Control business to Signify by 2 March 2020.

Eaton Lighting Systems operate the brand name of Zero 88, iLight and ALC.

The trade and assets of Eaton Lighting Systems will changed to Cooper Lighting Solutions UK Limited a Signify owned company incorporated in the UK by 2 March 2020.

There will be no change to the operation of business for Zero 88 and iLight.
