Prolyte Asia Training On Hoist 2013

Prolyte Asia Pacific (PAP) recently held a 2 days training on hoist and truss on 22nd and 23rd May 2013 at the office in Petaling Jaya. The almost yearly affair also called Prolyte Campus provide training and new products introduction for the Prolyte partners and Services Point partner from the Asia region.

One of the interesting new products is the Prolyft AETOS range of hoists that will be coming to Asian market. The product was introduce by Michief the brand manager of Prolyte showing the new features and usp on the design and easy mounting of the optional second brake. Available in 500kg and 1000kg aetos hoist will replace the Mark III hoist.

The Aetos hoists are standard equipped with limit switches on all hoists, a multiple voltage motor, brake shaft and electronics prepared for second brake, output shaft prepared for rotary limit switch or encoder connection, and have optimised chain feeding through the specially designed disentangle plate and jam-free steel chain guide.

Marc Hendriks the Technical Director of Prolyte cover the technical aspect of the truss and the design and safety design of the Temporary demountable structures like tents and roof tower. Other interesting topics presented are the Prolyte Hinged Arc Roof, dock stage, ballast, stage floor and many others.
